For this, Systematic Action Plan is designed for which funding is done by KUDCEMP. According to this Action Plan, 5 Auto tippers will be purchased and 5 SHGs will be involved for the primary collection. For Secondary Collection, 1 dumper Placer and 14 Secondary Containers will be purchased. Door to door Collection is already started in some of the wards like 9,10,11,12 and will cover all the 23 wards by December 2006. So collected waste will be dumped in an open area called Landfill Site for further settling and recycling. About 2 Hectares of Forest Land is purchased for this purpose. To bring awareness to the people, I.E.C. activities are conducted in all the wards and schools.
